In response to growing demand from the Government Sector, as well as increased bandwidth usage from various cable television outlets, the company acquired additional square footage to accommodate internal network expansion.

The expansion at 1275 K Street brings NexGen’s footprint down to Washington as well as the outlying areas. Customers will now have access to Nexgen’s high-capacity network  connectivity from this facility. Nexgen provides connectivity from T1’s on the Sonet network to 10Gigabit Ethernet on the DWDM platform.
